• Avoid tight clothes around your waist,
• Limit or prevent artificial sweeteners,
• Drinking plenty of water to help prevent constipation,
• Slow food and thorough chew.
Chewing your food thoroughly is one of the best ways to reduce gas. Most gases work by bacteria in the large intestine to break down foods that are not thoroughly digested by enzymes found in the stomach.
